πŸš— Parking & Arrival

Please pay close attention to the parking information. A map is attached.

Parking at Westside is first come, first served, so we highly encourage carpooling and arriving early. Overflow parking with shuttle service will be available at Alexander Elementary (see attached map). Please do not park in any marked No Parking areas or at New Life Baptist Church. Parking attendants and law enforcement will be on site to help keep traffic moving safelyβ€”thank you for following their directions and helping us be respectful guests! πŸ’™

Championships and Classics are significantly larger than our regular season meets, so allow extra time for parking, walking to the facility, and getting settled.

The facility doors will open 60 minutes before each session for spectator seating.

πŸ’™ Meet Day Reminders

  • Review your swimmer's events before arriving.
  • Come prepared with team suit, cap, goggles, sunscreen, towels, water, healthy snacks, and chairs.
  • Encourage swimmers to stay with their teammates and listen for event calls throughout the meet.
  • Let's continue representing Stone Lake with the same kindness, sportsmanship, and positive energy we've shown all season long!

πŸ“Œ Quick Weekend Reminders

  • Volunteer Wristbands (Classics): Volunteers will receive their wristbands at Volunteer Check-In on Sunday.
  • Tent Parents: Each team will receive two Tent Parent badges at Volunteer Check-In when heat sheets are distributed. Only badge holders may access the designated Tent Parent viewing area near the timing tower and coaches' bleachers.
  • Classics Spectator Wristbands: Every spectatorβ€”regardless of ageβ€”must wear a wristband to enter the facility on Sunday. Please keep your wristband on and be respectful of the crowd management staff and deck marshals who are helping ensure a safe event for everyone.
