Our dual meet scratch fee is $10. The late scratch fee for Championships and Classics is $50 per event. Update quantity to pay in multiples of $10.
Stone Lake Swim Team has Scratch Fee of $10 per event for meet No Shows. In the past, our default status for swimmers was "not attending" and because we never wanted any disappointed swimmers who thought they were swimming, we tracked down everyone who hadn't declared whether they were attending or not, just to be sure. The team is too big for this now.
We still want no disappointed swimmers but since we are not going to track down declarations now the default will be "attending" and if a swimmer is a No Show, a $10 per event Scratch Fee will be charged. Of course sickness will be excused, but only if the swimmer was positively declared by the parent as "attending". If a parent doesn't declare a swimmer and they default to "attending", sickness will not excuse them from Scratch Fees. Also, if a swimmer attends a meet but does not show up for their assigned event(s), the $10 scratch fee will also be assessed. Scratch Fees must be paid before a swimmer can swim in a subsequent meet. This policy only applies to Swim Team members since Guppies do not compete.
Swimmers that are not declared will be put in individual events, but no relays.
