Meet Absence: report sickness or other extenuating circumstances
If you have declared a swimmer as "attending" a meet and the meet entries are now closed, please use the Contact Us form below to report an unavoidable absence. The email will go to all the necessary parties: Coach, Clerk of Course, SAIL Reps, Team President, and Computer Operator.
Absences will only be excused for swimmers positively declared as "attending". A swimmer who is "undeclared" and who therefore defaults to attending cannot be excused.
Unexcused absences will incur Scratch Fees.
