Wednesday, July 11th is our practice at Westside. We will have morning practice at Stone Lake, but we will not practice in the afternoon at Stone Lake. Instead we will practice at the Westside Greenville County Aquatic Complex from 7:30 PM until 8:00 PM. It is important that swimmers attend the practice session at Westside to get familiar with the pool and the starting blocks.

CHAMPIONSHIPS & CLASSICS QUALIFIERS ANNOUNCED - Meet at the pool on Sunday, July 8^th at 6:00 PM to find out which swimmers will advance to Championships and Classics. 

This will be your opportunity to order the special SAIL Championships and Classics t-shirts. This will be your only opportunity to order. If you want a t-shirt and are out of town, please give ordering instructions and payment to a friend to turn in for you. Shirts are $17 and come with 10 free letters/punctuation on the back. Each additional letter/punctuation is $0.25. We have to turn in a team check for shirts so make checks payable to SL Swim Team. You must have your order and payment turned in no later than 8:00 pm on Sunday evening.

Parents of swimmers 10 and under please stay to help your children tie (takes manual dexterity) and dye (can be messy).

Bring a pre-washed cotton t-shirt to tie dye Stanley Stingray blue and yellow!
Come early before morning practice to tie the shirt up. Shirts will soak in prep during practice. Dye after practice. Bring home in plastic bag to cure before washing!
