9-10 & 13-14 Hosted Tuesday Night Dinner - BBQ!

Attention Parents of 9-10 and 13-14 year old Swimmers: Next Tuesday, June 26th, your families are the hosts for our Tuesday Night Dinner for the pool membership. We will be serving BBQ from Henry's Smokehouse. These dinners are a major fund raiser for the team and each age group is responsible for one dinner during the season. The team purchases the entrée each week and families help by donating side items AND serving the meal. Please sign up via Swimtopia for set-up/serving, food donations, and clean up duties. Dinner will be served from 5:30-7:15 pm and set up will begin at 4:45 pm. All food donations should arrive by 4:30 pm. If you cannot get your items to the pool by 4:30, please make arrangements with a friend to take your items for you or sign up for a serving spot only. Cady Johnson is organizing. Intent to Swim C&C

Deadline is 10:00 PM on Saturday, Jun 23rd. This "meet" will serve as your "Intent to Swim" for Championships and Classics. If you are available to attend Divisionals please select "Attending this meet". Three "events", Divisionals, Championships, and Classics will then appear. Please check Divisionals and then check Championships and/or Classics if your swimmer would intend to swim those meets should he/she qualify. (e.g. My child is available for Divisionals and Classics only. I will choose Event 1 and Event 3) We will be using this as the new "yes/no" sheet used in the past. If your swimmer cannot attend all 3 meets please include a comment explicitly confirming this. On the computer we can't tell the difference between "not checking" and "forgetting to check" (it has happened!). If you are not available to attend Divisionals, please select "Not attending this meet". This will remove you from eligibility for Championships and Classics and no further action is required.
